In MuseScore 2 there was an Album option to join scores together, but the instrumentation had to be exactly the same for each score.
However in MuseScore 3 the Album feature has been removed, so the recommendation at present is to use a third-party tool to join the PDF files together. I use PDFsam: see https://pdfsam.org/
