Doesn't work when launched from command line

I've been working on a similar plugin to batch produce Bb scores from concert key scores.
Your plugin, if launched from the command line, generates the same errors as mine

Score::startCmd(): cmd already active

Score::endCmd(): no cmd active

I'd really appreciate any feedback regarding launching your plugin from the command line.
