deleting my account

So, when I went to delete my account all I saw was a blank page. Is that supposed to happen or what? Am I supposed to do something to get it to work. I want to delete my account & I was told there was a button to do that. I'm using a laptop is that the problem? Do I need a computer or something?

The Cancel Account link shows a popup-up over on otherwise blank page.
It could be that you need a different browser if the popup doesn't show.
