Static on the beginning of accented/loud notes

Anytime during playback when a loud or accented note is played, a loud static can be heard. The static can't be heard on softer notes, only on loud ones. I have tried resetting the default settings, uninstalling and reinstalling, and it doesn't seem to work. This issue only occurred when I updated to 3.2.3

Does anyone else have this issue?
