4 min. piece has length doubled on website

Should be exactly 4min. long, but it is ca. 8min. long?
This seems to be an website error, as it's correctly played in the program,.
Could someone please elaborate why the piece is played two times in a row?

Downloading that score and playing it in 3.2.3 locally also makes it about 8mins with the Jump.

There is indeed a D.C. in there, but the text of it has been cleared out, making it invisible. Probably you somehow removed the text rather than the jump itself.
