Managing audio when uploading a score

I am writing a score with a repeated solo section, currently there is no way to make certain parts play only on certain repetitions, so I have copied and pasted the repetitions manually. From an audio standpoint, this achieves the desired outcome, but notationally in the real score, I would just put text saying "1st time, 2nd time" etc. Is there a way when uploading that I can have two copies, a notationally correct and an aurally correct score, so that the first is the one you see and the second is the one you hear?
