Help with guitar voice channels

So I'm working on a score and I want the electric guitar to be palm muted at a certain section. I understand how to change voices as I've done it with strings (pizz. -> arco.), but when I go to the drop-down menu for the guitar voice, there's nothing besides normal.

Looks like this was created with an older version of MuseScore (3.0.0).

If you have the current version (3.3.4) do the following:
1. Right click on 'Electric Guitar' (or an empty part of the 5th staff) and open Staff/Part Properties.
2. In the 'Part Properties' section, click on 'Change Instrument' and choose 'Electric Guitar' (yes, again).
The various channels, including mute, should now be available.
