still crashing
so ive been trying to get musescore to start but no matter how many times i reinstall it or reset it to factory settings it just keeps crashing.
at this point, im completely lost
what should i do now

i have imported my old musescore 3 from my old hardrive onto the one in my new pc so that might have affected it idrk at this point

Hopefully, by "my old musescore3" you mean the mscz scores only and not including the old program folders and files.
BTW: Please state your OS (operating system) and what version of MuseScore you're trying to run.

Instead of starting MuseScore directly, try launching a score file instead.
If that works, go to
Edit → Preferencesand turn off the "Start Center", it is known to cause issues on some systems due to the web-component inside it.
