A rest at the end of a score is not exported as part of a midi file

When exporting Midi, the last rest at the end of a piece is not included in the Midi file. This can also be observed from the playback loop function. If you try to loop just one bar with a rest at the end, the rest at the end of the bar gets truncated on every loop.
