DS problems

I have this file which I have created. The playback needs to be correct for my students to practice with independently. During playback, the DS doesn't work correctly.

Any ideas?

The D.S. needs a Segno to jump to; so you've likely missed that one somehow.
Or if it needs to jump to the start of the score, then delete that D.S. al coda and place a D.C. al coda instead
