How to add text for a staff to mention something

I created a music score. Link is:

In this, there is one staff which has been divided into 2 staffs using system break (each staff is 4 measures each).

Basically I want to add "TEXT" to each of the 2 staffs which will say "SLOW TUNE" for the 1st staff
and
"MEDIUM TUNE" for the Second Staff (actually it is one staff with System break)
