abc import hangs sporadically

Sometimes Plugins > ABC import hangs. Sometimes the ABC box will not open, sometimes it opens but will not accept input. Usually it's fine the first time I start MS or even first several times. Then at some point it seem to take forever before I can paste in the ABC. It occurs on a Laptop running Windows 10, and on a desktop running Windows 7.

Reloading plugins does not help. Closing and restarting MS does not help, even terminating all musescore.exe's in Task Manager. Rebooting the computer always clears the problem (temporarily).

Sometimes I go offline temporarily (especially on the laptop), but this happens even after restoring a solid WiFi connection.

Is this a known problem ? Should I create an issue in the tracker ?
