Instrument name not aligned with system

Hi, I'm working on a score that alternates between 1-line and 5-line stave. I'm using the STAVE TYPE CHANGE function in the Text Palette. The score starts with 1-line but when switching to 5-line the instrument names appear higher than they usually would (see expected.JPG).

Is there anything that can be done so that the part names always line up the same (right in the center, line 3) for 1-line and 5-line?
