Import PDF

I'm experiencing a problem with the online PDF import tool. I've tried to upload a PDF file by clicking the "select" button and picking a file. It seems to upload, but I experience a flashing screen as it tries to update. The browser screen can be closed, but when I come back (hours later) the screen is still flashing, trying to up load or process the PDF.

Is there something else I should do?
