Notation Express for Android Pairing Problem

Hello,

I just got the Elgato subscription so I can start using Notation Expression from my phone instead of my stream deck, but I am running into installation issues.

As soon as I try to scan the QR code to pair the devices, the stream deck desktop app just does nothing and I cannot unlock it until I hit cancel. The phone seems to show that the pairing works but then the buttons are blank, no profile gets loaded and nothing happens. I was told to copy the profile over from the desktop app to the paired mobile device but the desktop app doesn't see any device nor does anything other than display the QR code page, until I press cancel which is the only way to go back to the app.

I tried contacting Elgato but so far they have no response. I know this just came out so I assumed there might be issues, just wondering if anybody using Android was able to make it work so far. Thank you all.
