When editing text, the cursor and text selection highlight should display above the frame highlight.

I'm not sure if this counts as "feature". It's more of a suggestion really.
Currently, when editing texts with frame highlights (which can be set if "Frame" is set to rectangle/circle), the cursor and text selection is not visible. I figure that it's reasonable to have cursor and text selection highlight to be visible all the time so that the user won't have a hard time editing the text.

On a side note, wouldn't it be more reasonable to call the frame highlight "background"? It is under the text, after all.
