How to have different audio playing along with score.

So I wrote a piece originally in a different program, because I had better control over sound quality and if I did the same in Musescore it would just look messy. So I have the Musescore with the sheet music that looks nice, and the audio file which sounds nice. Anyway, is there a way to play that nice audio while you can look at the score?
