Corrupted File, cannot find the issue with the specified measure.

"Measure 18, staff 18 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 0/1." This would be my timpani's measure 18, which is written in 4/4, however, it says it's 0/1? I'm guessing I have to re-write the timpani part with a new line, but if there's an easier way to fix it, I'd like to know.
