How should I create a 11 tuplet over 3 eighth notes?

I'm struggling with the Create Tuplet dialog box. It seems that the dialog box only allows tuplets over 1 eighth or 1 quarter. If I just input 8 as denominator, it will leave me with that weird dotted duration.

I think it only works well for tuplet below 10? Over that you will have to manually input the ratio and it won't look right.

Start with the total duration: thus create a 1/4th dotted rest
Select it
Add → Tuplets → Other
ratio: 11/3 (11 notes of the thing you'd normally fit 3 into that duration)

EDIT: or if you wish the 11 notes to show up as 1/16ths, use the ratio 11/6 instead
