Make long instrument names appear again in the score

So I'm writing a score for a piano concerto, and I want the long instrument names to appear again later in the score - at the beginning of the 3rd movement, to be exact (both 2nd and 3rd movements are written in a separate score for now). I've managed to do it once, but when I save it or make a change, it's all gone. How can I make the long instrument names to appear there permanently?
