How do I remove a voice
The original score has two voices in the right and, indicated in two different colors. I removed the notes,, but the stops are still there. How do I remove them?

Your notes are all in Voice 3 and the rests are all in Voice 1. You cannot remove rests from Voice 1, so you should swap Voices to make the notes Voice 1 and then delete the extra rests. Tools >Voices> Exchange Voice 1->3, then select a rest and right-click, Select all similar elements, Del.
