Output to MIDI
In 'preferences' I can set I/O -> MIDI output to 'MMSystem midi-mapper'.
Where does the midi go to (what connector).
Is there a way to setup MS midi output to USB?

It should be automatic, I think, connect the device and check from Preferences->I/O.
