Glitches and strange things

Hello!
While still working on Ravel's left hand piano concerto, I've encountered some strange things going on im my score. There are some pictures below. Let me explain what I have done to my score before so, if I've done something wrong please let me know. So:

1.: After the long trill passage it didn't let me copy the notes, it said that the full tuplet wasn't selected, which was strange, since I wasn't copying tuplets.
2.: I added tambourine to my score, which resulted in some strange movement of trills but I fixed it.
3.: I then added 2/4 local time signature for the melody, which resulted in appearance of double whole note rests in the accompaniment that was in 6/8, I fixed it with the "delete" function.

Please, let me know, why this is happening.
