btw, I found the problem. It was a single instrument, in this case a Bb Trumpet, who's notation was consistently corrupted and wrong. Only charts using this Bb Trumpet were affected, and as I was writing score for several songs for the same project, all my files had the same Bb Trumpet .mscz origin. I edited and fixed each error, and then created a new Bb Trumpet instrument and copied over the chart instrument-to-instrument, and saved and it works. Takes a while, but i found a work around.

So you started from a corrupted file and save-as'd it many times?
