use for the note heads CROSS, use Ctrl+L for the words, use SILENT to don't hear the notes. All is in the INSPECTOR

Thank you for helping. I am really new to this. I got the Ctrl+L for the words but the rest I have never done. Can you help with a little more instruction? Thank you for all your help
