Suggestion for the forum page.

Some sort of like or "I second this" system that could be used to gauge how much a suggestion or feature request is liked by the community. As of right now its mostly just look at how many replies a suggestion has and what those replies are saying. I think a like system could be beneficial for both the devs so they know more clearly what the community wants and for the community so we can quickly and easily support an idea we like without having to write a reply. Also it'd be nice to have some sort of search function within the forum page so you can see if a feature request you have has already been posted.

Comments

The issue tracker has a search function, as well as a field of occurrence to be set between "once" "few" and "many" on top of being able to add a support comment in it.
Popularity is not necessarily a good indicator for where the product should go.

Then again, if you can't be bothered to write "I would like this as well" on an issue, how important could it be?
