Audio playback problems

The bottom staff of this score, when played through the MuseScore website or when exported into an audio file, does not play some of the notes that it should. However, on my desktop application (Mac ver. 3.4.2.25137), the playback available with the score editor correctly plays each note for their correct length.
I have used BSG's Articulation plugin to fiddle with on- and off-times of almost all the notes on the bottom staff, but I do not think that the plugin is causing the problem. Oddly, the affected notes seem to only appear in the first 16 measures.
Does anybody know the cause of this problem or suggestions for how to solve this problem?

Update: I have discovered that the problem did in fact arise when fiddling with on- and off-times: a note that tries to play when the same note is already playing will cut off the note instead of continuing it.
