CUE NOTES???
How to write this kind of notes, as you see in the pic it is complicated (For mEEE).
I just want to know how to write this on musescore?

I think that those are not cue notes. The picture shows two voices where for some reason the stem directions are the same. This makes it difficult to read (and to notate in MuseScore). Here is my best attempt (bar 1) followed by how it really should have been done with the note stems pointing in different directions for the two voices (bar 2).
Getting the same appearance as the OPs picture involved mirroring noteheads and adjusting x offsets as in the attached score Example 1.mscz
