Click on the topright of this site, where your username is shown, then click on "My Profile". This will take you to the musescore.com site, where the account management lives.
On your profile there click the three vertical dots menu on the righthand side of the grey bar (Sheetmusic/Favorites/Sets) next to the "Follow" button and choose "Update my profile"
