chord names disappear

After creating a lead-sheet score, with melody and chords (ctrl + k), I saved the score and closed the program. When re-opening the score, chord symbols has disappeared...!!!!! I'm absolutely sure there were all chords, since before quitting the program, I saved the score as .pdf, and on the pdf file there are all the chords.

Same thing with another (similar) score.
