Mixer, Synthesiser, Navigator etc. as proper windows
(This is probably somewhere else as well, but I can't find where it is)
The mixer and synthesiser are very good tools, but resizing them (to fit my secondary monitor, for instance), can be a bit irritating, given that there is no maximise/restore function.
Adding functions to the mixer/synthesiser as a proper musescore window perhaps?

From what I have heard about Musescore 4, they are going to beef up the synthesizer and Mixer to make it a lot more like a DAW. Your request is prolly on the list.
