Newbie Question
I am very new to musescore. This is probabably obvious?. When i try to add notes using computer keyboard in a measure it deletes the previous notes i put in the measure.I want to enter a whole note and it deletes the notes i added earlier.

https://musescore.org/en/handbook/note-input-modes? In step time mode it will replace the note and remove the following notes inside the note duration of the added note. With the insert mode you can insert the note without removing other, but it will also extend the measure duration.
