How to insert a slide in the guitar TAB?

I am trying to make a slide between two notes on the guitar tab (should look something like this on the tabs: 3/5), I have tried a variety of ways but still can't get it completely figured out. All I really got to is either the playback works but the display displays something wonky/off or I can get the look of it but it won't actually do the slide in the playback. I know it is possible to do because I have seen some uploaded scores and they included it (as a example: https://musescore.com/user/32435825/scores/5625680). is there a way to recreate that?
