Control of output destination

Well, I am now able to make MuseScore output on play into a MIDI device. It sends both to the assigned device and to the internal synthesizer (Fluid).

So now, I think it would be very desirable to be able to switch whether the output is to the Fluid or the assigned MIDI device.

Nicest would be to be able to do this by staff.

A desirable related feature would be to have None as a choice in Preferences>I/O:MIDI Input and MIDI Output. (After those are working, of course.)
