Musecore 3 Won't Launch

Musesore freezes when I launch it. I purchased the full program in August of 2020 on my new computer , and while I opened and used it successfully once or twice, the program freezes upon startup. I am using version 3.5.0. on Windows 10 Home 10.0.18363 (x64). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program as well as opening a score I had previously saved. While I have used the forums many times to search for a solution, I do not have the technical computing knowledge required to attempt any of the suggestions that I have not already tried. While I have used Musecore for many years, the computer that I am using was purchased new in March 2020.
