When moved up and down, notes not playing until retuned.

The issue is that, when using the custom pitch down and pitch up features, the note stops making any noise, even in playback, until the "retune n-edo" function is used.
This didn't happen until I accidentally put the system text in the wrong order on one sheet (I corrected it afterwards), and has been happening ever since, even on other sheets created after I inputted the system text wrong (not on ones I created before the incorrect input).
