Short cut for tempo change somehow changed to capture feature?

Not sure how this happened, on my shortcuts, it still said that Alt+Shift+T was the tempo short cut, but every time I do that, it goes into captures. I have tried clearing the capture shortcuts even though there is nothing there to begin with to see if it would fix it and it didn't. I can set the tempo change to another shortcut which seems to work, however if I can have it on the original shortcut that would be better. I have uploaded a picture of what I mean.
Any ideas on what to do?
