Indication de mesure

• Nov 30, 2020 - 09:20

Bonjour,

Translation:
"Hello,
I'm starting with Musescore.
I want to enter a score with a bar indication of 5/4 but the bars are in (3+2) i.e. a bar in 3 beats then a bar in 2 beats.
I don't see how to do this knowing that it is a part of a score whose previous measures are in C.
Thank you for your help.
Best wishes"

If you want to reproduce the score exactly as printed, then you use the 5/4 time signature to enter all the notes. See the Handbook section about time signatures:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/time-signatures

Then you can split each measure before beat 4 to create a new barline between the 3/4 section and the 2/4 section. In the English menu the option to split a measure is Tools > Measure > Split Measure Before Selected Note/Rest.

By the way, there are active forums in French, if you prefer to get answers in French:

and a handbook in French:
