Using D.S. al Coda to play both parts of a repeat at the segno

If I have a section of a piece structured like this-

The repeat will play normally, the first ending and then the second. However, at the segno only the second repeat is played. How can I fix it?

I've written it into the music to play both endings, I just want the playback as well. Any behind-the-scenes invisible elements will be fine.

I've tried messing with the repeat numbers on the voltas, however I can't figure it out.

Can anyone help?
