Gift Pro Did Not Work After Putting In My Information

Sorry if this is possibly in the wrong place... as I have never had an issue with Musescore before. I will gladly move this post elsewhere if asked to.

I decided I wanted to get an annual pro membership for a friend this year. So I went to gift pro. I clicked on 1 year, typed a message in the little card, and then I went to "buy gift card." I then put in my card information and email and then "buy gift for $29.99." After that, nothing happened. I don't know if I put in the wrong email or what but I received no email from Musescore and when I checked the billing history and the gifts section in the settings, it says "you have no billing history" and "you have not received or sent any gifts." Does this mean that the card did not go through then? Because if that is so, it wasn't made clear. Or does this mean that it did go through and that I am just not receiving what I paid for with no records of it on my account? I just don't understand why I didn't get some sort of message at all afterwards regarding my purchase, letting me know whether it went through or not, some sort of receipt, or anything. Just.... nothing happened which is concerning since I put my card information in and submitted it.
