AirTurn QUAD 200 Compatibility with MuseScore on Windows PC

We have an AirTurn QUAD 200 pedal we purchased to ease page navigation in MuseScore on a Windows PC. At first it would handle the page up/down commands, but now it won't. Other commands are intermittent. When it does take a page down command, it jumps to the end of the score.

We are only using this as a keyboard tool. Is there any reason it does not work or only works intermittently from your experiences?
