install last version of Musecore 3.6 but unable to install extension for Drumline

Hello

I got below error when installing the extension Drumline in the ressource Manager, it happens when the load bar is progressing around 5-7 %

My connection internet is OK with enough bandwidth - 1MB UP and 200KB down

Is there a way to download manually this extension and then to install the extension from the harddrive manually ?
