Stretch not working
So I want one measure on a line but not stretched all the way to the margin. How do I make it a shorter measure with space on the right rather than have it stretched all the way to the right margin? Thanks

This may be the solution but I'm only able to add it before the measure. How do I add at the end?

Select (click) the subsequent measure, add the Frame;
Select the frame, by the palette clic on the System break.

Another quick question since I have you and I've seen other threads on here kind of addressing it, but I want to tighten the spacing between individual systems and not globally across the whole piece. Any way to do that?
