Stafffor scales
Hi, Can anyone advise me, please, as to where I can acquire the information required to produce a staff specifically for displaying scales, as in the attached detail. I know how to correct and elongate the staff and how to delete the time signature but am at a loss as to how to delete the rest and how to adjust the note spacing and finally how to install the fingering. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Right click The measure->Staff properties->uncheck Show Time Signature.
