How to change place with the halvf note and the dotted quarternote so that the half note place is on the left side like the attached photo down here:

In the Inspector, change the X-Offset of the Chord (not the X-Offset of the Note) to a negative value to move it to the left.

He replied twice by accident but the forum only allows you to Edit a post and maybe delete its text but not to remove the actual post.

[duplicate post] is more informative than just deleting the text and leaving a full stop or something,
[duplicate of... http://www.muse...] is different - that usually means someone has posted the same question elsewhere.
