Help! I don't know how to do this :(

I'm writing a short composition for my music teacher, it is based on the idea of lots of different loops added up together. Some in 4/4, some in 5/4 and some in 3/4. I would like to write each part out indivitualy as a sort of list, rather then writing the whole arangement. I have attached a photo of something similar, if you aren't sure what I mean.
