How to change Staff 'view'

Hi Guys. Sorry to bother you with basic technical stuff. I did look through the manual, but couldn't find how to change this. I did something and my score came out looking like this:

And I would like to know how to change it back to this:

There should be a dropdown near the top of the window that says "continuous view". Click that, then select "page view"
