Score for Pop/R&B band

I've only ever used treble or bass clef or the grand stave. I need to set up a score for a pop/r&b band with bass, drums, percussion, piano, guitar, vocals, backing vocals, a couple of horns and a couple of strings. I tried the various band options there, but couldn't find anything that was appropriate. I also tried all the options in the tool bar, but couldn't find anything there either. How do I do this?
