Sending MIDI Program Changes to MainStage

I'm trying to send program changes from Musescore to MainStage throughout my score so that I can have patch changes.

I've gotten to the point where Musescore is communicating with MainStage and it will send the MIDI notes, but I can't figure out how to get it to change patches. I usually work in Sibelius and am comfortable with getting it to communicate with MainStage in the way that I want.

I've tried looking it up but I have not found any answers so far.
