boxes around numbers as label for intervals
How might I go about putting a box around numbers like in the attached image?
Moreover, is there a way to automatically generate the intervals between notes so that I can save myself the time of having to calculate them manually?

Click on the number, go to Inspector and add a rectangular frame.
Regarding intervals, the answer is probably "No" even though I don't know exactly what you mean.

I’m wondering if there’s a musescore plugin that can look at an interval between 2 notes, say C and F, and tell me “P4” under the notes.
